Florence
really enjoyed her “first taste” purées, so we decided to
introduce some new, stronger flavours into her diet. We wasn’t sure how she
would respond to them because they were quite rich however, she tried them all
and enjoyed the majority of them. Her favourite breakfast this week was Orange,
see the video below to watch her first taste! Her favourite lunch this week was
the Tomato Purée, I had to warm up another cube because there was no stopping
her!
Here is Florence's food diary for week 4 -

*We used Yeo Valley Organic Natural Yoghurt. We found that
the sugar content on yoghurts advertised for Children were much, much higher
than the Natural Yoghurt. Yeo Valley has no added ingredients, and only
contains naturally occurring sugars.
Our mesh feeder is by Munchkin!
